Duties:
  • Work with the business unit or other subject matter experts to identify or refine technical requirements for application under development or being revised.
  • Document requirements for enhancements for specific application.
  • Review and/or contribute content to requirements, design, or test documentation.
  • Perform data analysis at various stages of project, in order to assure development of a quality application.
  • Work on application test plan and evaluate test results to assist development or test staff.
  • Assist project manager in task identification, resource allocations and schedule estimates for staff on assigned project in order to help keep project resourced appropriately and on track.
  • Provide business domain and/or technology and/or process expertise and mentoring to others on team.
  • Prepare or contribute to briefings of application owners at pertinent stages of project.

  • Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing and testing software functional business applications that adhere to best practices and FSA standards.
  • Involve through full software development lifecycle areas.
  • Develop/maintain database Microsoft SQL server, data cleanup and identifying data accuracy problems in database.
  • Work on tools like world space attest and common look to ensure 508 compliances.
  • Works as directed by project managers and other technical leadership to ensure application modifications have been automated and tested to satisfy business requirements.
  • Work on design and implementation of selenium web driver automation framework for smoke and regression test suites.
  • Perform responsibilities to transform the requirements into complete and detailed system design specifications.
  • Prepare test plan, test cases, test scripts and test data for the application as well as for the data base verification based on the functional requirements and test specs.
  • Develop and maintain web services test scripts.

Duties:

  • Develop computer system specifications that address business requirements and that fit with the company’s system architecture standards.
  • Research emerging technologies to decide if installing them can increase the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and implement new systems by choosing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Analyze existing systems and procedures to devise ways to add new functionality to existing computer systems to ensure correcting deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.
  • Prepare an analysis of costs and benefits so that management can decide if IT systems and computing infrastructure upgrades are financially worthwhile.
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems to customize them for the organization.
  • Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives with .NET.
  • Assist in preparing overall project plans & other client-related documents. Create project charters, scope documents, project timelines and other project-related documentation.
  • Conduct testing to ensure that the systems work as expected.
  • Train the systems’ end users and write instruction manuals with system parameters and formats, to ensure hardware and software systems compatibility and coordinate and/or modify system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Applications, Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Engineering (Any) or related field plus two years of experience in any position/title providing experience with .NET.
